The present study, relying on the educational, social, and professional capacities of the Persian Language and Literature field, emphasizes the necessity of rethinking the curriculum policy of this field and shows that the topics of this article can be divided into chapters and compiled in the form of an independent book. Examining the relationship between the labor market, entrepreneurial skills, and higher education requirements in this field reveals that macro variables such as management decisions and the dominance of a classical view of the field have been the most important factors in stagnation and deviation in the path of its application. Accordingly, allocating course units with a focus on entrepreneurship and redesigning the syllabus can pave the way for improving the connection of students and graduates with the labor market and increasing the attractiveness of this field at the domestic and international levels. Therefore, according to the indicators presented in this study, upgrading and transforming the educational system, correcting the curriculum, and allocating compulsory units with a focus on entrepreneurship will provide the foundations for the growth and improvement of the relationship between students and graduates and the labor market, and will gradually lead to an increase in the level of hope and the attraction of active and efficient forces in this field, both domestically and internationally.
